The Conservative Disability Group (CDG) is open to everyone — whether you:
- Live with a disability
- Support a family member or friend who does
- Or simply want to be an able ally who believes in building a more inclusive Conservative Party and society
We welcome members from all backgrounds who share our vision of empowerment, opportunity, and Conservative values.

How to join
Membership is open to Conservative Party members who support CDG’s objectives. There are two tiers of membership:
Full Membership – £25 per year
Entitles you to vote at the AGM, attend policy forums, and be involved in the running of the CDG.
