About Us

The Conservative Disability Group (CDG) is the home for disabled Conservatives, their families, and able allies who believe in a more inclusive Party and country.

We champion the values of opportunity, independence, and empowerment — ensuring the voice of disabled people is heard at every level of the Conservative Party.

Our Mission

We exist to:

  1. Influence policy — advocating for practical Conservative solutions to disability issues in Westminster and beyond.
  2. Promote inclusion — driving accessibility and awareness across the Party, from CCHQ to local associations.
  3. Support candidates — helping more disabled people stand for public office and thrive in political life.

We work in partnership with our sister group in Scotland, led by Jeremy Balfour MSP, and with MIke Isherwood MS in Wales to meet the needs and voices of disabled people across the whole United Kingdom.

Be part of the movement. Help us shape a more accessible, inclusive Conservative Party and coutnry.
